BIO
Kate is a Canadian actress living and working in New York. She grew up figure skating, because in Canada, it's the law. After touring the world with Disney on Ice, she wrangled up a green card, moved to NYC and looks back only occasionally to eat poutine.
She has studied at The Stella Adler Studio for Acting, The New York Film Academy, and at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, where she has tackled Advanced Study Improv, Character Study and Writing for Sketch Comedy. This summer she completed an intensive at The Groundlings - a comedic theater in Los Angeles, focused on character work. She was selected to move forward in the program, and looks forward to continuing her journey with them.
You can see Kate perform sketch comedy with her team "15 Minutes Away" at their monthly show, at The People's Improv Theater.
